Our Fly Fishing Base Camp will be at the Illinois River Paradise property. Only minutes from Fayetteville, Arkansas, on 60 acres of private land.
You'll have exclusive access to hiking trails, a rocky outcropping off the cliff side, and opportunities to wade or float while hunting for smallmouth, largemouth, bream, catfish, gar, and carp.
We also offer fly casting instruction which will be followed by time on the water so you can implement what you learned under the direction of a skilled guide. You also have the opportunity to watch a skilled fly-tier knock out a few flies to try out on the water.
Whether you’re a novice or experienced adventurer, our event team will be there to ensure a safe and memorable weekend exploring the picturesque Ozarks.
For this event, we are limiting the roster to 8 campers. This is our very first adventure camp! Secure your spot now for this incredible experience!
Cost is $225.00 per person
Step 1:
To secure your spot for camp, please begin by completing the form provided at the link below. Once we receive your form, we’ll confirm your reservation and send you a welcome packet via an email from “Paul Salley via DocHub” this will include event logistics, packing list and the event waiver. Please complete within 24 hours upon receipt.
Step 2:
Once the event waiver is completed you will receive a second e-mail via PayPal. This is your invoice for camp. Please make payment within 48 hours upon receipt or you could lose your spot for camp.

Set up tent and settle into camp
Duration: 3 days/2 nights
Includes:
- Primitive tent camping
- Tent shelter with shower and toilet
- Camp kitchen and grill
- Food & drinks provided
- Power bank access to charge phones
- Multiple kayaks and canoes on site

Not included:
- Tent (2-4 person tent would be best)
- Sleeping Bag
- Arkansas fishing license
- Fly Rod & Gear (need one let us know)
Safety & Environmental:
- Buddy up safety protocols
- Multiple first aid kits onsite
- No firearms allowed
- Life jacket required when floating
- Leave-no-trace policy
- Catch and Release fishing only
Critical Information:
- Meeting location will be emailed
- Event waiver must be signed to attend

Whether it’s teaching others the beautiful art of fly casting or digging into the endless techniques of finding smallmouth in our creek bends I enjoy every second of sharing my passion for it.
